Return + Shipping Policy

NOLITA BOUTIQUE has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returned items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or any other stains/elements. 

To start a return, visit our store or contact us at hello@shopnolitaboutique.com. Please include your order number in the subject line. Online returns will need to be sent to the following address: 21 Raymond Avenue, Suite A Poughkeepsie, NY 12603.

Exchanges and Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds to original form of payment, we offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of an e-Gift Card. Store credit never expires and is issued once your return is accepted. We are unable to honor price adjustments. Exchanges can be made with in stock items only, as we may not have the original style or size. Therefore, we request you start your exchange as soon as possible! 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, so that we may correct the issue.

Non-returnable Items 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Due to hygienic purposes, non-returnable items include: 

  • Intimates (bras, bralettes, bodysuits, etc.)
  • Jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc.)
  • Sunglasses
  • Hair Accessories (hair clips, headbands, etc.)
  • Hats
  • Final Sale Items
  • Gift Cards

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 7 days to receive your order after it has been shipped. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping label and shipping fees. Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect from damage. 

NOLITA BOUTIQUE is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
