Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping label and shipping fees. Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect from damage.
NOLITA BOUTIQUE is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
